By calling 1-866-My CML4U (1-866-692-6548), patients and healthcare providers can receive assistance in financial matters and concerns that they may have with TASIGNA® 150-mg or 200-mg capsules.
Insurance Verification
The program verifies patients' medical benefits, helps determine insurance coverage, and clarifies their co-payment obligations.
Denials/Appeals
The program staff helps providers obtain appropriate reimbursement.
Coding/Billing Questions
The program staff assists providers with questions regarding coding and billing.
Alternative Funding Searches
Program staff can search for possible assistance for patients with insufficient medical benefit coverage or no drug coverage and determine if there are other sources of funding that could help alleviate or reduce costs for the patient.
Patient Assistance Program
The program screens low-income patients who do not have any benefit coverage for patient assistance eligibility. If eligible, these patients will qualify for free drugs based on their residency status, insurance status, and household size and income.
Letter of Medical Necessity
The hotline provides copies of sample letters of medical necessity to doctors to support their claims.
Scheduled Counselor Appointments
Office practice managers can submit their questions and then schedule time to speak with a team of Novartis professionals who will seek to provide solutions to any problem.

What is the most important information to know about TASIGNA?
TASIGNA can cause a possible life-threatening heart problem called QT prolongation.
QT prolongation causes an irregular heartbeat, which may lead to sudden death.
Your doctor should check your heart with a test called an electrocardiogram (ECG):
• Before starting TASIGNA
• 7 days after starting TASIGNA
• With any dose changes
• Regularly during TASIGNA treatment
